Down Time

September 21, 2009

All of us need it, we get to the edge and want to jump. Frustration kicks in and your mood goes to down for the count. 1…2…3… scream. Things pile up and we see that there is no way out, sometimes. We look around and see that every corner there is something else that eats up our time. We can’t relax because we are always worried about getting things done, then we see the earth around us realizing that we have dug ourselves into a hole. How do we get out? What can we do? Simple thoughts for simple things.

How do we get out? We must sit down and take it day by day. Write out the to-do list and schedule your time. Set aside a time-out for yourself, gather your thoughts then attack the list. In my own life I get like this a lot. I feel my body getting wore out and stay tired all the time. My feel my mood getting anger in it. I explode then I feel bad because it could have been avoided. Look back at your list, number it in priority, then do it little by little.

What can we do? The number one thing to do is pray to God. He is the only answer and way to make it thru. Myself can tell when things go bad because I may not pray all the time, when I do not then Satan gets hold and pulls me to that earthly hole. He tells you that you need more to do and it piles and piles up until you do not know which way to go. Cry out to Jesus… you have heard the song before. Really listen to the words… God is the one way to happiness.
